Episode #82 – Drive Angry

Where would we be without Nicholas Cage? Probably doing a vegan cooking podcast. So thank you, Nic Cage. For the trashy movies, for the meat-eating, for everything. Meanwhile, Elliott introduces us to his convoluted movie filing system, Dan predicts Elliott’s eventual vendetta against him, and Stuart comes face-to-face with his non-union French equivalent.

0:00 – 0:38 – Introduction and theme.
0:39 – 31:15- We officially turn this bad movie podcast into a Nic Cagecast, with our discussion of Drive Angry.

    1) Someone with illustration talent should also take a crack at Lil’ Stuart Wellington along with the Housecat.

    2) Which episode were you guys (Dan and Stuart) drunkest for? I can’t always tell with Dan. Stuart I’m gonna say “Mirrors.”

  2. Dan McCoy says:

“I can’t always tell with Dan.”

I don’t know whether I should take that as a compliment or an indictment.

  3. Ryan DSC says:

Absolutely a compliment. Unless of course your mournful sighs stem from the use of booze as a coping mechanism, and the realization of your inability to quench your inhuman thirst for it.

  4. JDCorley says:

Wasn’t Li’l Stuart one of the Flophouse Babies?

  5. Jef Aldrich says:

Popping up years later to point out that it’s a rastafarian catfish on the Muppets Tonight, not a rastafarian baboon. Presumably less racist.
