Episode #58 – Twilight: New Moon

There are Flop House movies that are actual flops, and then there are huge blockbusters that need the flop treatment. We take a look at one of the latter. Meanwhile, Elliott takes us on a trip through the thesaurus entry for “muscular,” Stuart shows his anti-romantic streak, and Dan reveals one of the many ways in which he’s like a teenage girl.

Great, great podcast! As someone who watched the first movie at 5 am while trying to get my sick 2 year old daughter to sleep, it was great to listen to the sequel made fun of. The plot sounded so bad that I blanked out in the middle of the synopsis. Loved Elliott’s stream of descriptions for how buff the wolfmans were.

Thanks for taking the piss out of the newest module of “Twilight” aka “Up With Emos.”

If Shakespeare could’ve seen what would become of Romantic Tragedy, he’d’ve made Romeo & Juliet a farce.
