Every time I get lazy and type the URL in wrong, I get to flophouse.com and read this:
"Where do you go...
-in times of trouble?
-when there's no one left to turn to?
-when nobody knows your name?
-when they're no longer glad you came?
THE FLOPHOUSE
A Homeopathic Wellness Center with a Heart"
Isn't that what the flophouse podcast does as well? Ok, maybe not.
Any noticeable increase in listenership with the addition of the housecat? It could totally be the Urkle that propels the podcast into the mainstream.
Hi, one of my fellow A.V. Club freelancers turned me on to The Flop House about a year ago and I became an instant addict. Two things: 1) I'm often tempted to just skip the episodes featuring guest flopcasters. Sorry, they just don't compare to the real McCoy. 2) I respectfully disagree with my colleague Steve Heisler about Dan's cartoon. I thought it was tops!
Gotta agree with Christian. I prefer the Original Peaches. That's not to bag on the guests, though. They seem like fine folks.
REDEMPTION. Thank you, Christian. As an AV Club fan, this really does mean a lot to me.
